... or as one customer put it, "the cottage at the crossroads."


Life is all about transformations. The ability to be flexible and open-minded is essential if one is to survive. So it has been with the Cottage.
  • We began in a quaint little cottage in Mission, KS.

  • The building went up for sale, and we found ourselves moving to the Historic Crossroads ARTS District in Kansas City, MO.

  • We shared a second floor loft in the BSI Building with a fellow weaver.

  • We moved down the street to the old Hammerpress building, and enjoyed our streetside entrance for 6 months. First Fridays were remarkable!!...wish it could have lasted longer. Ames moved his studio around the corner, and we are working on adding ecommerce to the website, while we plan our next steps.
